On the interface below, external partners of KELER CCP can report any abuses, ethical violations, conflicts of interest, situations resulting in conflicts of interest, or suspicions thereof, anonymously and with full anonymity guaranteed.
Reports of abuses, ethical violations, conflicts of interest may be made anonymously, but according to Act XXV of 2023 on complaints, reports in the public interest, and rules relating to the reporting of abuse, reports made by such "unidentifiable reporters" may be disregarded.
Please note that anonymous reports made on this platform do not qualify as complaints under Decree 66/2021 (XII. 20.) of the Hungarian National Bank on detailed rules governing the form and manner of complaint handling by individual financial institutions.
